Two Thousand Six!

So why not post a year-in-review type blog? Wasn't blogging invented so that people who feel that they're more intelligent than the rest (or most of) can write their opinions on anything and everything? No? Oh. Well I'm doing it anyway.

2006 brought a lot of cool things for me. Rachel and I just passed the four year mark together, but spent four months apart. Yes, Washington was one of the best expericnces of my life and I am more prepared for any future that will arise, but being away from her and the rest of my long-time friends was quite depressing at times. On the other hand, I now have a lot of new people to call my friends that I spent those months with. Good to know all of you. Also, time has come to decide the next several years: grad school (UW-Milwaukee, Northern Illinois, or Marqutte) or job? That's a question best served in 2007.
